As CEO of the Modern Military Association of America, the nation's largest nonprofit serving LGBTQ service members and veterans, she testified before the U.S. House Committee on Veterans' Affairs and contributed to federal policy frameworks shaping transgender military service. She consulted on diversity, equity, and inclusion for the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Justice, and major institutions including Uber, HBO Max, NBCComcast, Hilton, and Capgemini.
She served as a founding board member of Partners in PROMISE and as Executive Producer of the short film Red Skies.
