Throughout his career, Mike has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the military community that extends far beyond his professional responsibilities. As Senior Manager of Military Recruiting Programs at Salesforce, he built and scaled one of the most recognized corporate Veteran hiring initiatives in the technology industry. Simultaneously, he served nearly four years as Global President of Vetforce — Salesforce's military ERG — growing membership from 1,200 to over 5,400 members globally, a testament to his ability to build community, inspire belonging, and create opportunity at scale. His service extends into his local community as well, where he has served on the North Andover Patriotic Observance Committee for nearly four years, ensuring that the sacrifices of those who served are honored with the dignity they deserve. His contributions have been recognized by the United War Veterans Council for his efforts to unite U.S. and Allied Veterans in remembrance of their shared history, and by the United States Army with a Certificate of Appreciation and a flag flown in his honor over Afghanistan on January 3, 2020 — a distinction that speaks for itself. Now, as the founder of Military Talent Connectors, Mike continues that mission every single day, ensuring that transitioning service members and military spouses find not just jobs, but careers worthy of their service.
Military Talent Connectors
My greatest inspiration has always been my father — a proud member of the U.S. Air Force and New Hampshire Air National Guard for over 30 years, and the first dentist in the Guard's history to be promoted to Colonel. He didn't just serve his country; he modeled what dedication, humility, and quiet excellence look like in uniform. The values he instilled in me — hard work, resilience, and treating every person with kindness — are the foundation of everything I do at Military Talent Connectors. He passed in August 2022, and every veteran and military spouse I help is in some way a tribute to him. Wellness and fitness are also central to how I show up every day — for my clients, my team, and myself. And when I need to reconnect with what matters most, Merrymeeting Lake always brings me back — a place that holds the memory of my father and grandparents, and reminds me why this work matters.
