As an immigrant to the U.S. in 2006, I was awed by the endless opportunities before me; far beyond anything I had ever imagined in life. I ran through every open door: interning at the Brooklyn Zoo, attending the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, volunteering with Global Potential in NYC and the Dominican Republic, and earning a Seinfeld Family Foundation scholarship to fully fund my college education; all before graduating high school in 3 years. From there, I launched into aviation, joining the Green Mountain Boys of the Vermont Air Guard, where I rose from F-16 crew chief to recruiting and much more. In parallel, I advanced from ramp agent to Performance Manager at Delta, and later became a Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Allegiant Air. There were moments of failure and doubt, but a few key people kept me going; and still do. Their belief in me helped shape my path.
With over a decade of cross-sector experience in aviation, military, and corporate environments, I merge frontline operational expertise with strategic HR leadership. My background includes F-16 / F-35 maintenance, operations management, and HR business partnering; shaped by service in the Air Force and leadership roles at Allegiant Air and Delta. I’ve launched competency-based hiring systems, built pathway programs, and spearheaded microcredentialing efforts to enhance internal mobility. From C&E and talent acquisition to learning systems and change management, I empower teams to drive measurable results. I’ve coached HR teams, led contact center modernization projects, and managed routing strategies to support enterprise performance. I make HR a business driver focused on safety, culture, and continuous improvement.
