The people who mean the most to me are the ones who’ve had my back through every chapter of life. My stepdad stepped in when I was eight and showed me how to lead by example. My mom raised me on her own and did whatever it took to give me a shot at a better life. My kids push me to be the best version of myself every single day. And my wife—she came into my life as my time in the military was ending. She’s been steady, supportive, and strong through all of life’s ups and downs. She didn’t have to walk this road with me, but she chose to. I am who I am because of their love, strength, and belief in me. They remind me of my purpose and keep me grounded in who I’m called to be.
I’m a proud Army and Air Force veteran who served as a flight & combat medic in Montana, Alaska, Texas, and Iraq. After leaving the military, I came back to my hometown of Graham, Texas, with a heart to serve in new ways. I also taught myself drone photography and began capturing local events to highlight the people and pride of Graham. I am a member of the Eliasville Volunteer FireDept and share drone views of the VFDs fighting fires within the County. This year, I took on a new challenge as a part-time PE coach and athletic coordinator at Open Door Christian School. It’s been an honor to mentor students and help shape the next generation. Most of what I do is behind the scenes, but I do it because I care deeply about my hometown. Service didn’t end with
