Following his military service, Brian founded the nonprofit VETS2INDUSTRY, providing free resources to over 200,000 transitioning service members, veterans, and military families. The organization has grown into a global platform for opportunity, education, and community support.
As founder and CEO of Arrington Consulting LLC, Brian now leads a tech-forward, veteran-owned B2B AI consulting firm helping small and midsize businesses thrive through automation, AI marketing, and CRM integration. He created and sold his first AI course, earning his initial customers while building a scalable product ecosystem.
He is a VETTYs 2023 Veteran of the Year recipient, a Bunker Labs Veterans in Residence graduate, winner of a pitch competition through the Institute for Veterans and Military Families, and a finalist in the Top 50 out of 500 for the Industry Rockstar AI consulting mentorship program.

He holds two Associate degrees, a Bachelor’s in History, a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security, a Master’s in Management, and is completing a dual MBA in Marketing and MS in Entrepreneurship. Brian has supported refugee communities, advocated for mental health access, and volunteered hours to uplift veterans, military spouses, and first responders.
