Jon McGill is a retired US Air Force Senior Master Sergeant. He finished his distinguished career that began in Aircraft Armament Systems, followed by his transition to the Intelligence Field, where he was an Operations Intel Analyst, followed by one year bachelor degree program with the National Intelligence University, and finally became a targeteer and was the Air Force Targeting Capabilities Manager at Air Staff. During his career, he won numerous quarterly awards at every assignment in multiple categories. He also attained 3 degrees while active duty. He was involved in Operations Allied Force, Southern Watch, Northern Watch, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and several other unnamed operations around the world. He was awarded the Army Achievement and Army Commendation Medal for his joint service at US Central Command and during his time deployed with the Army to Iraq. He was accepted to Stetson Law School and completed his Juris Doctor shortly after his retirement. He opened his own General Practice Law Firm upon passing the Louisiana Bar and will celebrate his firm's 10-year anniversary this July. He was the President of his Home Owner's Association for 6 years. He is currently the Chair of a taxing district that he led the formation and execution of and brought an idea into a successful reality that has increased its revenue by over 250% in under 5 years.

Jon has been blessed with an amazing family who shares his passion for learning, loving and traveling. His bride, Christy, is still on active-duty and leads balance in the family life while maintaining her commitment to our country. His two daughters, Maddie and Macy, have blossomed into powerful young women of their own right and his son is the happy caboose that keeps everyone one their toes and always smiling. Jon's family is his foundation and the main source of his motivation to keep up the hard work and dedication to always be a better and more kind person.
Jon S. McGill, Esq., is a leader and problem-solver who successfully transitioned from a two-decade career in the Air Force into the legal industry and business ownership. He attained the rank of Senior Master Sergeant, congressionally limited to 2% of the entire enlisted force. Licensed as an attorney in the State of Louisiana as of May 2015, he started his private general practice in July 2015. His practice covers areas such as criminal, civil, contracts, personal injury, and judgment enforcement/nullities. Mr. McGill brings superior management and conflict resolution skills from his diverse background along with leadership, critical thinking, and a desire for justice to his efforts in law and the community. He earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of a Taxing District.
