Throughout my career, I’ve thrived in leadership roles that allowed me to drive growth and innovation. From serving in the U.S. Army to holding executive positions in healthcare, each milestone has shaped my journey. Building and leading sales forces in start-ups contributed to their successful acquisitions, proving my ability to foster strong, scalable teams. Transitioning into veteran support with Serco has been particularly meaningful, as I now dedicate my time to ensuring others find success after their military service.
I served in the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1996, concluding my service as a Captain. During Operations Desert Shield and Storm, I deployed with the 24th Infantry Division Mechanized as a Fire Support Officer. After my military service, I spent 28 years in leadership roles with Fortune 500 healthcare companies, including 14 years at Pfizer. Later, I held executive positions at two start-ups, helping both companies grow and be acquired by publicly traded corporations. In June 2023, I retired from the private sector and transitioned to the Department of Labor/Veterans’ Employment Training Services as a facilitator with Serco, supporting the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) team. My passion lies in helping veterans secure successful careers.
