Service to Success
I absolutely love serving as a mentor to other transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses through MilMentor. Connecting with others who are in the "information firehose" that I was in and being able to offer navigation and suggest valuable resources is extremely fulfilling and something I do at least a few times each month.
Peter began his professional journey by enlisting in the Army straight out of high school. After his service, he built a successful career in finance, completing hundreds of millions in M&A transactions across healthcare and advertising before turning to entrepreneurship. He co-founded MilMentor and Service to Success with outstanding partners, both aimed at empowering the military community. MilMentor is an on-demand mentorship platform that allows veterans and spouses to instantly schedule one-off calls with mentors from various industries. It also enables professionals, military-connected or not, to mentor on their schedule. The platform is the job-seeker's secret weapon, has welcomed thousands, and is growing rapidly. Service to Success hosts targeted military hiring fairs and provides recruiting services to connect employers with top-tier military talent for technical, cleared, and leadership roles. Peter additionally started Boots to Books, a nonprofit helping the military community upskill with scholarships and live job-seeker skill events.
