My interests center around discipline, presence, and preparation—not adrenaline like others think. I’m a rescue scuba diver, skydiver, and have dabbled in MMA, but what drives me isn’t thrill-seeking—it’s mastering calm under pressure. I’ve trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai for over 20 years, and have used those skills throughout my rough life. I ride motocross and BMX, rock climb, kayak whitewater, and spend time in the wilderness not for the rush, but to sharpen my mindset in controlled discomfort. I’ve worked as a professional welder and fabricator, and by 18 I ran businesses building air-ride suspension systems. Creating, building, and solving problems under stress is what I enjoy most. I involve my kids in these experiences to teach them resilience, emotional control, and the value of hard-earned confidence. Whether underwater, on the mats, or in business, I train to stay mentally ready—so when things go sideways, I don’t flinch. I lead.
