My family has been the biggest influence in my life, in particular my wife. I spent my early 20's working as hard as I could to climb the corporate ladder and make the 6 figure salary to provide for my family. As time went on my wife could tell that even though my career was doing well, my depression and overall happiness was suffering. I was starting to abuse my ADHD prescription, spent less time with my family and was growing numb to feeling anything for anyone; something had to change. One day I woke up and told her that I was leaving my career and we were buying a franchise in dog training. Without any hesitation she agreed and said it was time for us to make the big leap. Without her support I don't think any of this would be possible. Everyday we wake up and I know I have a soul mate that would follow me anywhere and as a team we can make anything happen.
Ramiro spent most of his career in Supply Chain and Operations Management (Passing state finance exams for insurance, earning green belt in Lean Six Sigma), computer programming (Self taught in SQL, Python, and VBA), technology development and also served 13 years in the U.S. Army Reserve as an Ammunition Officer (Army Achievement Miliary Ribbon, National Defense Service Miliary Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Service Military Ribbon, Army Service Military Ribbon, Overseas Training Military Ribbon). After 10 years in corporate America working for billion dollar companies, Ramiro decided it was time for a more fulfilling career. Today Ramiro Rodriguez is the owner and lead trainer at Dog Training Elite Northeast Wisconsin. He specializes in behavior modification and service dogs for hundreds of client in the Northeast Wisconsin region.
