Jacy was a great joy to serve with and honorably retired after 26 years of service. Jacy received many awards while in service, to include a Meritorious Service Medal for her work efforts serving as a State Director of Personnel and Officer in Charge leading large-scale events that took place at the Joint Headquarters of the North Dakota National Guard. Jacy continues to serve the community in support of charities and local community outreach events where she can utilize her photography skills. She excels greatly in connecting people and building relationships.
